This view is the current default view of local factors and will result if the SystemLocalFactorsDisplayType table is completed like this:

 

When the DisplayType field has no text in it (blank):

 

 

The web application will show the default view of the Local Factors. Here is the default view of the sample Local Factors:

 

 

 

Here is the same default view of the sample Local Factors, collapsed:

 

 

Using this button in the action bar:

 

 

will expand the local factors to the complete view (same as above).
