Card View Configuration Instructions

Without card view objects, the main window in the web app will display the default object structure. There are several steps to configure the main window from the structure view to more meaningful card view for users to navigate to objects in a process or workflow order.

 

CardView Configuration

 

Create Card Views

 

 

To create a card view via a table:

 

1.Save the SystemCardsTemplate with a new name.

2.Update the newly saved table with the designed card view items.

To create a card view via a query:

 

1.Create a query to mimic the structure as the SystemCardsTemplate table

a.The ItemType, DisplayType, and ViewName fields are driven by drop-down lists

i.ItemType = SystemNavigationItemTypes table

ii.DisplayType = SystemCardsTypes table

iii.ViewName = SystemViewNames table
